For founders & business leaders

Know where AI is worth
your time and money.

I advise founders and leaders on where AI belongs in the business, which tools or partners to use, and how to hold the team building it to a clear plan.

Founder of LaureoAnalytics, engineering & product managementAI products, from zero to one

01 / The business case

Make AI worth the investment.

I help turn AI ambition into a plan grounded in business value, with four things made clear:

  • A worthwhile problem. Focus on a real bottleneck, avoidable cost, or missed opportunity.
  • A measurable outcome. Establish a baseline and targets for time saved, lower costs, or better customer outcomes.
  • A practical path. Choose the right tools or partners, with a clear brief the delivery team can work from.
  • A decision at each stage. Set checkpoints to assess progress and decide whether to scale, revise, or stop.

You leave with a direction your team can act on and a way to judge whether the investment is working.

02 / Experience

Advice grounded in building.

Omar Kheir
Founder, Laureo

I’m Omar, founder of Laureo, a CRM built around AI agents. I take products from zero to one, using AI tools to build working software and integrating AI capabilities into the product itself.

My background spans analytics, engineering, and product management, including managing multi-million-dollar product portfolios.

That experience informs my advice on what is feasible, which approach fits, and what to ask of the team delivering it.

03 / Engagements

Ways to work together.

Focused advice or ongoing support, shaped around your business. Scope and fees are agreed individually.

Before a commitment

AI Reviews & Second Opinions

Evaluate an AI initiative, vendor proposal, or technology decision before committing more time or money.

As decisions come up

Ongoing AI Advisory

A sounding board for leadership, with advice and reviews as your priorities evolve.

Engagements can combine these areas, with deliverables and ongoing support tailored to your needs.

04 / The process

A clear path forward.

01

Define the decision.

We establish the problem, what you’ve already tried, and the people, budget, and constraints involved.

02

Examine the options.

I review the agreed materials, speak with the relevant people, and make the assumptions and tradeoffs visible.

03

Leave with next steps.

You receive a written recommendation and a readout. Your team or provider validates the technical details and carries out the work.

05 / Practical details

Before we begin.

Will you build or manage the implementation?

My role is strategy, planning, and advice. Your team or chosen provider owns development, configuration, deployment, and day-to-day delivery. I can review proposals and milestone evidence within an agreed advisory scope.

How are engagements priced?

Each engagement is scoped individually. We agree the focus, deliverables, level of support, and fee before work begins.

Who is this a good fit for?

Founders and business leaders with a real decision to make, a budget to work within, and someone who can act on the recommendations.

What happens in the first conversation?

We spend 20 minutes on your situation and the decision you’re facing. If there’s a fit, I suggest a defined engagement and fee. The assessment and detailed recommendations happen in the paid engagement.

06 / Start a conversation

What AI decision
is on your desk?

Tell me a little about the business and what you’re weighing. I’ll let you know whether a conversation makes sense.

Include in your note

  • Your company and role
  • The decision you’re considering
  • Your timing and approximate budget
